City Sales' latest apartment auction of 12 Auckland units resulted in nine properties being sold.
A unit in the popular waterfront Sebel was sold pre-auction.
That left units unsold in Quay Park's The Landings, the highrise Altitude at 34 Kingston St and Beaumont Quarter opposite Victoria Park.
Mick Richards of
the agency said this month's auction drew big crowds.
"Bidding was solid throughout. Our next auction is today at 445 Karangahape Rd when another 10 CBD apartments are up for sale," he said.
City Sales is advertising 62 Auckland CBD apartments for rent.
