Colliers International launches its second portfolio magazine for 2016 this weekend with the 48-page Colliers Portfolio publication containing 25 listings covering all commercial property sectors including industrial, office, rural and retail.
Peter Herdson, Colliers national director of Capital Markets, says this edition is entitled 'While Stocks Last' in reference tothe strong retail sector properties featured in the portfolio.
"Most commercial property sectors are experiencing buoyant conditions right now and the retail sector is up there with the best of them.
"Two feature retail listings in the portfolio include New Zealand's largest listed retail group, The Warehouse Group, offering for sale probably the premier mixed-use development opportunity in New Zealand this year - in the form of a 1.4 hectare site in Newmarket which is one of Auckland's most tightly-held retail areas.
"The other significant mixed-use development with a very strong retail base that's being offered as a syndication is the Cider Building in Ponsonby detailed on this page.."
Herdson says other listings vary as much by type as they do by location: ranging from a single parcel of four freehold industrial titles in Whangarei to a KFC outlet on the market in Oamaru.
"We also have a stunning 12 hectare vineyard for sale in the Nelson region as well as another prime corner retail opportunity in Hamilton."
