New Harcourts directors

Harcourts has two new shareholders in its New Zealand operation, with Bryan Thomson, CEO of Harcourts New Zealand, and Jo-Anne Clifford, general manager of Harcourts New Zealand, appointed as directors. The remaining shares and controlling interest in the company are owned equally by Harcourts International’s managing director Mike Green and general manager Paul Wright.
