The 340sq m refurbished warehouse and living space at 45B Normanby Rd is likely to attract attention due to its a relativelylow capital valuation (CV) of $930,000, says Tanya Kwasza, of Ray White Broadway, Newmarket.
"In my view, there's a genuine novelty factor at play here," says Kwasza, who says she and her colleagues seldom see such a combination of features in one property.
