Lobbyist takes helm at Property Council

The new national director of the Property Council is professional lobbyist Chris Simpson.

He was previously senior consultant with Wellington PR firm Saunders Unsworth, where his clients included the Auckland City Council and Daewoo.

Before that, he was director of the National Parliamentary Research Unit for the National Party. He takes over from John Dakin.
