Colliers International has been exclusively appointed to market 1143 Heretaunga St West, Hastings, for sale by deadline private treaty.

Offers on the property will close November 23, unless sold earlier.

The property is featured in the latest nationwide Colliers Portfolio, launched yesterday.

The 2950sq m freehold site was previously occupied by a Caltex service station and is currently owned by Z Energy 2015 Limited, which acquired Caltex's New Zealand service stations last year.
