Kiwi Income Property Trust tallies notes

The final amount raised by Kiwi Income Property Trust's $143 million mandatory convertible notes issue will be known this week.

The trust managers are doing the final tally of the notes, due to begin trading on NZX on Friday.

The trust has made a $110 million primary offering which has been fully subscribed and a $33 million entitlement offer to existing unitholders.

The amount taken up by unitholders will be announced tomorrow.
