Fuji Xerox Queenstown moving to The Landing

Fuji Xerox is opening a showroom and service centre in The Landing - this new retail centre near Remarkables Park, Queenstown.

Fuji Xerox New Zealand Limited (FXNZ) is to relocate its Queenstown facility and will open a flagship showroom, sales and service centre at The Landing in the Frankton shopping area at the end of April.

The new centre will be located between Queenstown Interiors and Remarkable Physios at The Landing which is close to Queenstown Airport and near the large Remarkables Park retail centre.

FXNZ's managing director Gavin Pollard says the company has outgrown its current Queenstown office and had been looking for a new site that could accommodate expected growth within the Queenstown region.

"The Landing is an excellent location that enables us to have a much bigger site - about three or four times the square metres of our former office. The move means we can display our large production equipment, our latest range of multifunction print devices and also deliver our solutions and services offerings to businesses."

A feature of The Landing is its landscaped gardens for al fresco dining and views of The Remarkables.

The Landing encompasses 18 shops adjacent to Remarkables Park Town Centre which is anchored by a New World supermarket among its 62 businesses.

Lindsay Williams, director of The Landing says just two retail spaces remain in the new centre with optional floor layouts ranging in size from 79sq m to 194sq m.

The Landing was designed to have good customer car parking and spacious green surroundings enhanced by relaxing gardens for al fresco dining along with featuring panoramic views of The Remarkables mountain range.

Well-known brand names already well-established at The Landing include Repco, House of Travel and Super Liquor. Other retailers include gift, furniture, homeware and fashion stores; a hairdresser, cafe, restaurant, bakery, butcher and Asian grocery.
