Four land parcels totalling 14,845sq m and comprising the last remaining portion of the five-hectare Rosebank Industry Park in Rosebank Rd, Avondale, have been released to the market.
"These sites are within an established, managed industrial estate and comprise prime land just 10km from the Auckland central business district," saysDwayne Warby of Colliers International, who is marketing them for sale or lease by negotiation with colleagues Greg Goldfinch, Chris Upright and Andrew Hooper.
"The industrial estate at 494 Rosebank Rd, Auckland, is already home to some big-name occupiers," Warby says.
"Cadbury has moved into a new two-level, four-green-star head office building and Vernon Carriers is refurbishing an existing warehouse. USL Medical is also moving into new facilities in the industrial park that is being developed in a joint venture between Willis Bond & Co and McDougall Reidy.
"This property offers numerous options for businesses keen to own or occupy property in the sought-after Rosebank industrial area," says Warby. "There is something here for small to large businesses."

Given the area's quick access to the Northwestern Motorway and the Auckland CBD, the sites are expected to appeal to logistics, warehousing or distribution companies, Warby says.
Upright says the choices available include pre-leasing, purchasing and turn-key building solutions with significant flexibility available for prospective occupiers.
"Rosebank Rd benefits from being the closest industrial area to the Auckland central business district," Upright says.
"This area will also really come into its own with the completion of the State Highway 20 Waterview connection, which will provide a direct motorway link with the airport.
"The Northwestern Motorway is also being upgraded from Waterview to Lincoln Rd with completion due in 2015."
He says the recent extension to the Upper Harbour motorway, linking the Northwestern Motorway to Albany, also increases the desirability of the area, which historically has low vacancy rates.
