Excellence recognised at REINZ awards evening

Colliers International was presented with four commercial and industrial excellence awards at the 2017 REINZ prize giving on August 25.

The agency won Large, Medium and Small Commercial and Industrial Office of the Year categories, which respectively went to the agency's North Shore, South Auckland (Highbrook) and Auckland CBD offices.

Colliers' broker Simon Felton was Commercial and Industrial Rising Star, and Mike Houlker, of Bayleys, was Industrial Salesperson.

Business brokerage awards were dominated by LINK Business Broking, ABC Business Sales and Barker Business Brokerage, while the Large Agency-All Disciplines, was taken out by Barfoot & Thompson.

"These awards are all about celebrating the best of the best throughout the country. The calibre of entries resulted in some tough calls for the judges," says REINZ chief executive, Bindi Norwell.
