JLL agents Henri Yeoman and Tim McGoldrick, in conjunction with DavidGoodhue of Barfoot & Thompson, are marketing it, to be sold through a Deadline Private Treaty campaign closing on December 13, unless sold earlier.
"This property is among the very few of its type available in East Tamaki, says Yeoman. "The tenant is established and has committed to a new five-year term, with the property currently returning $235,000 pa; it is an ideal opportunity for a passive investor."

The JLL Industrial Pulse Report released last month, showed that East Tamaki had a vacancy rate of only 2.4 per cent.
