Brokers say a large warehouse and office property at Grey Lynn offers flexibility and ready access to motorways and public transport.
JLL agent Jason Armstrong, who is marketing the property with colleague Alex Wefers, says a variety of businesses could use the property which is for sale or lease at383 Great North Rd.
