Biggest-ever Waterfront magazine

Bayleys has published its biggest-ever Waterfront magazine this week featuring premium beachfront, lakeside and riverside properties in New Zealand and the South Pacific.

The special 150-page America's Cup edition includes a total of 94 properties priced from $500,000 to more than $10 million. The publication has been timed to coincide with the heightened interest in this sector of the market fuelled by the Louis Vuitton Cup and America's Cup.

Bayleys is holding an exhibition of the Waterfront properties in its Maritime Square office, at 4 Viaduct Harbour Ave, from 11am-4pm this Saturday and Sunday (October 12 and 13).
