Bayleys re-signs alliance with Cushman

Bayleys has re-signed its affiliate status with global commercial real estate firm, Cushman & Wakefield.

Mike Bayley, managing director of Bayleys Real Estate, says the branding partnership with Cushman & Wakefield was a winning 'two-way' street for both businesses.

He says Bayleys is the largest privately owned real estate company in New Zealand with more than 1800 staff nationally.

"Combined with Cushman & Wakefield's global reach and 45,000 employees around the world, this provides our clients with the most comprehensive commercial property service in the market."

The joint reach of Bayleys and Cushman & Wakefield in New Zealand spans:

• 83 offices and 2000 employees,
• 4480 properties under management - totalling 7.8 million sq m of property under management,
• a $2.3 billion commercial property portfolio under management,
• more than 2300 commercial and industrial sales and leasing transactions completed annually, and
• more than $11 billion of property sold per annum.
