A vacant 312sq m two-level building on the corner of Diamond St and Newton Rd, Auckland has sold vacant to an owner occupier for $1,075,000 through Stuart Bode and Henry Thompson of Bayleys Auckland. Built in 2002, the strata-titled premises has a showroom and offices and nine carparks.

Retail in The Avenue

Rosemary Wakeman, of Bayleys North Shore, has sold Unit 1 at 28 The Avenue, Albany, for $710,000 at an 8.7 per cent yield. The 175sq m retail unit has eight years to run on lease. Nine was enough Bruce Whillans, national director for CB Richard Ellis, was the company's top fee earner last year, with nine sales totalling $165 million. Whillans also won an "excellence in agency award".

Checkmate in Rotorua

A 2200sq m purpose-built building on a 5195sq m site at 34 Katoro Dr, Rotorua, within the Eastgate Business Park, has been sold for $2.1 million at a 9.8 per cent yield by Bill Wilson, of Bayleys Rotorua.

East Tamaki warehouse

Ash and John Bolton, of Bayleys Manukau, have sold an immaculate 180sq m vacant warehouse and office unit at 6D Earl Richardson Ave, East Tamaki, for $255,000.

A 300sq m vacant warehouse and office building at 25 Fifteenth Ave, Tauranga, has been sold to an owner occupier for $500,000 by Duncan Dysart and Kevin Wehipeihana of Bayleys Tauranga.

A 1960s building at 47 Swanston St, Tokoroa has been sold by Brendon Bradley of Bayleys Tauranga, for $250,000 at a 12 per cent yield.
