Agents say a 1980s industrial unit for sale in the centre of Albany Business Park is a high-quality investment prospect.

JLL's Jaye Miller is selling the tenanted unit at 17D William Pickering Dr, by an expressions of interest campaign closing at 4pm, on September 27, unless sold earlier.
