Terms and Conditions
1. Information on How to Enter and all details on the competition entry advertisement and coupon form part of the Terms and Conditions of entry into this Competition. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Terms below prevail. By entering, you accept these Terms.
2. Entry into this Competition indicates an acceptance and agreement of all these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you should not enter the Competition.
3. Entry is open to NZ residents only. Employees and contractors of APN and New Zealand Post Group (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter. APN is APN New Zealand Limited (and its related companies).
4. Competition closes 5pm, Thursday, June 12, 2008. You may enter as many times as you like but each entry must be in a separate envelope and include an original entry coupon (no photocopies accepted).
5. Correct entries only will go into the draw. The first correct entry drawn will win the 1st prize (see details in part 7). The following five names drawn will receive the remaining runner-up prizes (see details in part 7).
6. The prize will be drawn on Friday, June 13 and winners will be notified by phone. After notification, prizes will be sent out by courier.
7. APN will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner but if a winner is unable to be contacted within 7 days, the prize will be re-drawn. APN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.
8. 9. Late, lost, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged, reproduced, or altered entries are invalid. APN is not responsible for such entries.
10. APN reserves the right to vary these Terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
11. Entries become the property of APN. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, APN collects and holds personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners, verify prize winners' identities and may be used for APN's future promotional activities, including (where consented to) sending the entrant email and/or text messages. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by APN by calling 0800 100 888. Failure to provide all requested personal information may result in the entry being invalid.
12. Each entrant agrees that, if he or she wins a prize, his or her details (including name, suburb/town, and photo) may be published in The New Zealand Herald (print and/or online) and used for other publicity purposes.
