The Herald on Sunday is the match day sponsor of the Vodafone Warriors vs Raiders on Sunday, July 31 - and to celebrate we're giving you the chance to have lunch with some of the players.

The lucky winner and three guests will
win tickets to the match, plus the opportunity to have lunch at SKYCITY Auckland with four Vodafone Warriors players - this is your chance to meet your league heroes.

PLUS, we have 40 South Stand family passes for 4 to give away for our Match Day on Sunday, July 31.


Terms and Conditions

1) Information on How to Enter and all details on the competition ad form part of these Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency, these Terms will prevail. By entering, readers accept these Terms.

2) Entry is open to NZ residents aged 18 years and over. Anyone employed by (and any immediate family member of someone employed by) APN, Vodafone Warriors, SKYCITY and their immediate families (including household members) and agencies are not permitted to enter. APN is APN New Zealand Limited (and its related companies).

3) Entries close 10am, Monday July 25, 2011. Entrants may only enter once per valid email address. The draw will take place no later than Tuesday, July 26, 2011.

4) The first randomly drawn completed entry will win lunch for themselves and up to three guests, together with up to four members of the Vodafone Warriors squad (as selected by Vodafone Warriors management in their absolute discretion), at Rebo Café at SKYCITY Auckland, to the total value of $600. The total value covers the winner, his/her guests and the Vodafone Warriors in attendance. The date and time of the lunch is to be confirmed subject to availability of the relevant Vodafone Warriors players. The Vodafone Warriors players in attendance is at the complete discretion of Vodafone Warriors Management. The date and time of the lunch is to be confirmed subject to availability of the players.The winner will be notified by phone.

5) There are also forty runner-up prizes of family passes (4 tickets) to the Vodafone Warriors v Raiders match on Sunday, July 31, 2011. These passes are situated in the South Stand and are unable to be reallocated to another stand. Winners will be notified by post.

6) All timings and requirements of the promotion are subject to change without notice.

7) All costs, charges and expenses, including, without limitation: transport to the lunch or event (whichever is applicable), accommodation, additional meals and drinks purchased beyond and above the allocated $600 total value, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their parents/guardians.

8) If any part of a prize is not used, for any reason beyond the Promoters' control, no compensation will be awarded to the winner or to his/her guests.

9) Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Any attempt to sell or auction all or part of a prize will result in immediate cancellation of that prize.

10) Subject to the availability of the relevant Vodafone Warriors players, the main prize must be redeemed within three months of the prize winner being notified.

11) If the main prize is not claimed within 2 days of the draw, APN may re-draw a new winner for the main prize. APN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The main prize is non-transferrable.

12) The Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13) APN reserves the right to vary these Terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.

14) APN reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. APN may disqualify any person who tampers with the process or fails to comply with these Terms.

15) Entries become the property of APN. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, APN collects and holds personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners and verify prize winners' identities and the information may be used for future promotional activities. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by APN by calling 0800 100 888. Failure to provide all requested personal information might result in the relevant entry being invalid.

16) By accepting the main prize, the winner consents to the promoter using his/her details and photographs for promotional and media publicity purposes.

17) The Promoters are APN New Zealand Limited, 46 Albert St, Auckland; Vodafone Warriors, 2 Beazley Avenue, Penrose, Auckland; and SKYCITY Auckland, 86 Federal Street, Auckland.
