New Zealand's biggest night in music, the Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards are back for 2012 at Vector Arena on Thursday, November 1.

Viva, in conjunction with Pullman Auckland, are thrilled to offer two lucky readers and a friend the opportunity to experience the Awards as VIPs.

The two winners, and their chosen friend, will win:

- One nights' accommodation for two people in an Executive King Suite at Pullman Auckland on Thursday, November 1, 2012;
- VIP pick-up and transfer in one of Pullman Auckland's top of the range Audi Q7-S-line (pickup from within 40 km radius of Pullman Auckland only)
- VIP in car check-in on route to the hotel along with access to the Executive Club Lounge;

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on How to Enter and all details on the entry form (web) form part of these Terms. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Terms below prevail. By entering, you accept these Terms.

2. Entry is open to NZ residents only. Anyone employed by (and any immediate family member of someone employed by) APN New Zealand Ltd, and Pullman Auckland - and any agencies associated with these companies or with the promotion and Herald retailers are ineligible to enter. APN is APN New Zealand Limited (and its related companies). If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize(s) will be awarded to the winner's parent(s) or guardian(s).

3. How to enter: Get the keyword from Viva magazine inside The New Zealand Herald on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 and enter this on the VIP Viva page at www.nzherald.co.nz/vivegiveaways along with your details. Entries close at 11.59pm on Sunday October 21, 2012.

4. There will be two (2) winners of this promotion. Each winner will win:

5. The winner and their guest will be picked up from one address on Thursday, November 1, 2012 by one of Pullman Auckland's Audi Q7-S-line. The pickup address needs to be within a 40km radius of Pullman Auckland. If the winners are located outside the 40km radius, they will need to arrange their own transportation to Pullman Auckland.

6. The spa treatment is booked in for 3.30pm at Spa at the Pullman Auckland for Thursday, November 1, 2012. If the winner and their guest is unable to attend this appointment a voucher will be issued which can be redeemed before March 31, 2012. Unfortunately the appointment cannot be shifted to another time on Thursday, November 1, 2012 due to Spa at the Pullman being booked out.

6. Accommodation at Pullman Hotel Auckland is valid for the night of Thursday, November 1, 2012 only, and cannot be shifted to an alternative date. A credit card or alternative deposit is required upon check-in to cover any additional expenses.

7. The prize includes the room and breakfast only; any additional meals, services and any other costs are the responsibility of the winners.

8. The winners and their guests will be required to act responsibly throughout each element provided in the prize package. The venues have full rights to refuse to serve those who are intoxicated or behaving inappropriately, and remove them from the venue if required. In this instance, the Promoters take no responsibility for the outcomes, and will not be liable for any element of the prize not being completed. Travel insurance is not included in the prize.

10. The prize package cannot be split up into different packages and must be taken at once and are non-transferrable.

11. Flights, travel insurance, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation orpersonal spending moneyrequired, any other transport as required to and from departure pointand all other ancillary costsare the responsibility of the winner and their companions.

12. There is no cash value to this prize, and it cannot be exchanged or transferred.

13. Neither APN New Zealand Ltd, nor Pullman Auckland are liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law. APN New Zealand Ltd, and Pullman Auckland will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if this deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of APN New Zealand Ltd and Pullman Auckland including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by APN New Zealand Limited and Pullman Auckland in its absolute discretion.

14. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter/s, the Promoter/s reserve the right to either provide an alternative travel destination to the same value as the original prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

15. Winners will be notified by phone. If the prize is not claimed within 2 days from the draw date APN may re-draw a new winner. APN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or service and no exchange communications will be entered into.

16. All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by APN when received in to APN's database and NOT at time of transmission by the entrant. APN's records are conclusive as to time of receipt. Late, illegal, incomplete, or illegible, entries are invalid. APN is not responsible for such entries nor for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure.

17. APN reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. APN may disqualify any person who enters a keyword more than once or otherwise tampers with the process or fails to comply with these Terms.

18. Entrants are identified by the email address used to submit the entry. Any prize won by a web entrant will be awarded to the holder of the email address (or that person's parent/guardian) from which that entry was submitted. APN takes no responsibility for disputes resulting from entries submitted using an email address belonging to any other person.

19. Entries become the property of APN. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, APN collects personal information and APN holds personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners, verify prize winners' identities and may be used by APN for future promotional activities, including (where consented to) sending the entrant emails. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by APN by calling 0800 100 888 (APN).

20. Failure to provide all requested personal information may result in the entry being invalid.

21. Each entrant agrees that, if he or she wins a prize, his or her details (including name, suburb/town, and photo) may be published in the Herald (print and/or online) and used for other publicity purposes.

22. APN New Zealand Ltd (APN) is the promoter and it's registered office is located at 46 Albert St, Auckland City, New Zealand.
