1. By entering this competition you are deemed as accepting these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Anyone employed by (and any immediate family member of someone employed by) APN New Zealand Ltd, V8 Supercars and Destination New South Wales, and any agencies associated with these companies or with the promotion are ineligible to enter. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize(s) will be awarded to the winner's parent(s) or guardian(s).

3. The competition commences on Midday Monday, August 15, 2011 and concludes at 5pm (NZDT) on Wednesday, September 7, 2011.

4. 5. Travel dates are strictly departing New Zealand on Wednesday 30 November 2011 returning Monday 05 December, 2011. Any changes made to the flight bookings will be at the prize winners cost.

6. Flights are available from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch - the prize winners are responsible for arranging travel to and from the airports in New Zealand.

7. The prize is as stated and all supplementary costs or incidentals are at the Winner's expense Prize winner is responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health, luggage, meals, transport and any other incidental expenses.

9. Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and who has answered the question correctly will be entered into the random draw. The first entrant randomly drawn from the pool of entrants will be the Winner.

10. Only one entry per person per day of the Promotion Period. Any form of automated entry using any other devices or software is invalid.

11. Entries must be received by 5pm, Wednesday, September 7, 2011.

12. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost or misdirected entries.

13. A random draw will take place on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 and the winner will be notified via email/telephone by Friday, September 9, 2011. If the winner cannot be contacted within three business days of the draw date, the prize is forfeited and another winner will be drawn.

14. The prize(or any unused portion of the prize) is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

15. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. All Employees of V8 Supercars and Destination New South Wales, associated sponsors and their immediate families and agencies are not permitted to enter.

17. The promoter is APN New Zealand Ltd, 46 Albert Street, Auckland.

18. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry

19. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of a comparable type, quality and value.

20. Destination New South Wales will book all flights and accommodation and will provide the winner with a detailed itinerary and passes outlined in the prize in point 5.

21. The Winner takes the Prize at their own risk and indemnifies the Promoter in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of any sort that may occur in connection with the Prize.

22. Travel insurance is required to be held by all travellers and is not included in the prize.
