TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter form part of these terms & conditions.

2. This competition is open to New Zealand residents only.

3. Employees of the promoter, their agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

4. To enter this competition, participants will need to:
A. Complete the entry coupon and fill out the blanks on the promotion advertisement, located in Viva Magazine, inside the New Zealand Herald on Wednesday, March 19, 2008.
B. Entry coupons to be posted to: NIVEA DNAge Competition, NZ Herald, Marketing Dept, PO Box 3290, Auckland.
C. The competition starts on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 and closes on Thursday, March 27, at 5:00pm - all entries must be received by 5:00pm Thursday, March 27, 2008.

5. Only one entry per participant accepted.

6. Grand prize winners will be notified by phone on Friday, 4 April 2008.

7. APN New Zealand will randomly draw the six prize winners from the entries submitted, on Tuesday, 1 April 2008. The six prize winners selected must have answered the statement correctly and are contactable from the information provided. The grand prize winner will be the first entry selected and the runner up winners will be the following 5 entries selected.

8. The Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The Grand Prize of a white gold and diamond jewellery set is valued at $4,110. This will be sent to the prize-winner by courier, which will be tracked and traced for security reasons. The grand prize consists of:
A. One Angela Daniels 18 carat hand finished white gold art deco pendent set with round brilliants and tapered baguette diamonds(total diamond weight: 0.44ct / Colour: H-J / Clarity: VS-I) on an adjustable white gold chain. Valued at $1,520
B. One Angela Daniels 18 carat hand finished white gold art deco ring with round brilliants and tapered baguette diamonds (Total diamond weight: 0.45ct / colour: H-J / Clarity: VS-I) Valued at $1,660.
C. One pair of Angela Daniels 18 carat hand finished white gold channel set earrings with baguette diamonds (Total diamond weight: 0.19ct / colour: H-J / Clarity: VS-I). Valued at $930.

10. Each runner up prize is valued at $119.24 and consists of:
A. NIVEA VISAGE DNAge Day Care cream
B. NIVEA VISAGE DNAge Night Care cream
C. NIVEA VISAGE DNAge Eye cream
D. NIVEA VISAGE DNAge Zone Action Hand Care
E. NIVEA VISAGE DNAge Zone Action Body Care
F. NIVEA VISAGE DNAge Zone Action Facial Care.

11. All runner up prize winners will be sent, by mail, their prize by Monday, 7 Aril 2008, the total value of the runner up prizes are $596.20.

12. All other costs or requirements associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners including any resizing of the jewellery.

13. The promoter accepts no responsibility for the inability to contact prize winners due to illegibility or error in information provided by the entrant or subsequent change of address or phone number.

14. In the event that a specific prize is unavailable, as listed in these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equivalent value in its absolute discretion.

15. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in any prize value.

16. If the promoter cannot contact the prize winners by Tuesday, 8 April 2008 there will be a redraw on Wednesday, 9 April 2008 and the new winners will be notified by Monday, 14 April 2008 by phone.

17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The information from the entries is being collected by the Promoter to enable it to contact the potential winner and/or may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrant's personal details from that database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Winners agree to allow their image and name to be used by the Promoter for publicity purposes. Entrants agree to this without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter or their Promotional Agents and a request to access, update or correct any information can be made by contacting the Promoter at their address set out below.

18. The Promoter and its agents and contractors shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

19. The promoter takes no responsibility for lost or misdirected entries.

20. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any causes beyond the control of The Promoter, which affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter in its sole discretion can take any action that may be available, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to State/Government Regulations.

21. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

22. The Promoter is Beiersdorf Australia Ltd, trading as Beiersdorf New Zealand, 6 Fox Street, Parnell, Auckland.
