KEY POINTS:

Buy The New Zealand Herald or Herald on Sunday from a participating New World and go in the draw to win 1 of 10 $3000 New World Gift Vouchers. Enter in store until August 10, 2008.

Prize Details:
Ten prizewinners will each win $3,000 worth of New World
gift vouchers (comprising thirty (30) x $100.00 New World gift vouchers). The vouchers are valid until September 2009 and will be delivered to a nominated New Zealand address.

To enter, purchase the New Zealand Herald or Herald on Sunday, any day from Monday, July 7, 2008 until Sunday, August 10, 2008, at participating New World Supermarkets from Taumarunui North:
a. Place a completed 'Win a $3,000 New World Gift Voucher' entry form and attach your till receipt as proof of purchase into the designated entry box at any participating New World (Auckland) branded outlet; or b. send your completed 'Win a $3,000 New World Gift Voucher' entry form and attach your New World till receipt as proof of purchase to;

Terms and Conditions of Entry:
1. Information on how to enter and all details and instructions appearing on the entry form and at point of sale, form part of the terms and conditions of entry to this Competition. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions below will prevail.
2. Entry into this Competition indicates an acceptance and agreement of all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should not enter the competition.
3. Entry is open to NZ residents only. Anyone employed by (or anyone who is an immediate family member of someone employed by) APN New Zealand Limited or its related companies ("NZ Herald"), New World (Auckland) outlets, Foodstuffs (Auckland) Ltd, agencies associated with the Competition, or New Zealand Herald retailers, is ineligible to enter. If a prizewinner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
4. To enter, purchase the New Zealand Herald or Herald on Sunday, any day from Monday, July 7, 2008 until Sunday, August 10, 2008, at participating New World Supermarkets from Taumarunui North:
c. place a completed 'Win a $3,000 New World Gift Voucher' entry form and attach your till receipt as proof of purchase into the designated entry box at any participating New World (Auckland) branded outlet; or
d. send your completed 'Win a $3,000 New World Gift Voucher' entry form and attach your New World till receipt as proof of purchase to; 'Win a $3,000 New World Gift Voucher', The New Zealand Herald, Marketing Level 1, PO Box 3290, Auckland City.

In-store entries must be received by midnight Sunday, August 10, 2008. Postal entries must be received by 5pm Friday, August 15, 2008.

Entrants may enter as often as they wish, but each entry must be on a separate entry form provided at the point of purchase and accompanied by a separate original New World till receipt (proof of purchase).

5. Each completed and valid entry form will be entered into the draw to win. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions, and any late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegal, incomplete, illegible, damaged, reproduced, or altered entries, will be deemed invalid. NZ Herald reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry.
6. Prize Details: Ten (10) prizewinners will each win $3,000 worth of New World gift vouchers (comprising thirty (30) x $100.00 New World gift vouchers). The vouchers are valid until September 2009 and will be delivered to a nominated New Zealand address.
7. The prize draw will take place Thursday, August 28, 2008.
8. The winners will be notified by phone (where applicable) and confirmed in writing within 3 working days of the prize draw. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of the prize draw, the winners will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made.
9. It is each winner's responsibility to cover any additional costs associated with the prize.
10. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Prizes are not exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, tobacco, alcohol or fuel and no change will be given. NZ Herald reserves the right to vary the terms, and to modify, terminate or reschedule the Competition, and to substitute any of the prizes to a similar prize of the same value.
12. NZ Herald (and its related companies) accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail and will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Competition or the prize(s) (including but not limited to personal injury and indirect or consequential loss) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Each person who enters the Competition acknowledges that no representations as to the quality or fitness for purpose of the prize has been made by NZ Herald or any representative of the NZ Herald.
14. All entries become the property of NZ Herald. NZ Herald collects and holds personal information provided with each entry, to be used to notify prize winner, to verify prize winner's identity and, if you have ticked the relevant box on the entry form, may be used for future promotional activities conducted by the NZ Herald. Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by The NZ Herald at 46 Albert Street, Auckland by contacting NZ Herald on 0800 100 888 during business hours. Failure to provide all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid.
15. The winner's name and photo may be used for publicity purposes and by accepting the prize the winner must make himself/herself available for this purpose.
