Trip to the Armor All Gold Coast V8 Supercars Championship: Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. Participants may enter only once each day of the Promotion Period. Any form of automated entry using any other devices or software is invalid.

4. Correct keyword must be entered for the entry to be valid.

5. The promotion runs from 12.00am on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 and closes at 11.59PM on Thursday, April 14, 2011.

6. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry.

7. Prize includes:
- two return economy international flights up to the value of $1,200 from the winner's closest international airport in New Zealand to the Gold Coast, Australia
- return airport transfers up to the value of $200,
- four nights' accommodation at Crown Towers Resort, Surfers Paradise valued at $2,694
- three day grandstand tickets to the Armor All Gold Coast 600, October 21-23, 2011 valued at $406.

The prize winner and travel companion will need valid passports for travel at the time of the prize being drawn (expiry date must be at least six months from the date of travel).

8. The prize (or any unused portion of the prize) is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and cannot be altered to upgrade flights or accommodation.

9. Any additional meals, extra sightseeing or activities, additional accommodation, personal spending money, passports, travel visas required, transport to and from departure point and all other ancillary costs associated with obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion and is not included in the prize.

10. Prize redemption and travel must occur between 21-23 October, 2011. The trip is subject to availability.

11. This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

12. Travel Insurance is required to be held by all travellers and is not included in the prize.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of a comparable type, quality and value.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by anyform of technical failure.

15. The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone.

16. Entry into this promotion implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions.

17. The winners consent to their names being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.

18. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost or misdirected entries.
