Terms of Entry - Win a tour of the American South

1. Information on How to Enter and all details and instructions appearing on the point of sale form part of the terms and conditions of entry to this Competition. To the extent of any inconsistency in the information on How to Enter and other details and instructions, the Terms and Conditions below will prevail.

2. Entry into this Competition indicates an acceptance and agreement of all these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should not enter the Competition.

3. Entry is open to NZ residents except employees of NZME. Limited, Foodstuffs North Island Ltd and Trafalgar Tours (NZ) Ltd. and their agencies associated with the promotion and Herald retailers. Failure to provide all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry may result in the entry being invalid. If the main prize winner drawn is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.

4. To enter, purchase The New Zealand Herald, Weekend Herald or Herald on Sunday, any day from Monday, May 18 until Sunday, June 7, 2015 at any participating New World supermarket and use your Fly Buys card at the time of purchase. Entries must be received by store close on Sunday, June 7, 2015. Entrants may enter as often as they wish. Entry is not limited per transaction - there is one (1) entry into the prize draw for each promotional product purchased.

5. Prize Details: There will be one (1) winners and each winner will receive one (1) tour package, 'Tastes and Sounds of the South' for two (2) people. The prize also includes return premium economy airfares with Trafalgar's preferred airline for two (2) people and $2,000 NZD spending money.
a. The Prize is for 2 people travelling together in a twin room on Trafalgar's 10 day 'Tastes & Sounds of the South' Guided Holiday including premium economy flights from New Zealand (AKL, WLG or CHC only) to Los Angeles/San Francisco return on a
b. Trafalgar designated airline and Economy tickets to/from the USA gateway city's applicable for this trip. Airline taxes and fuel surcharges are included. Plus NZ$2,000 spending money.
c. Inclusions and conditions of the guided holiday are as per Trafalgar's 2015 USA & Canada brochure.
d. Flights and trip must be redeemed (booked by) 31 August 2015 through the Trafalgar NZ office. Prize is supplied by Trafalgar.
e. Additional travel expenses, including but not limited to, visas, additional spending money, additional meals, optional excursions, insurance, transport to and from departure point, pre or post tour accommodation, additional transfers (if applicable), items of a personal nature, in-room charges, gratuities for Travel Director and driver and all other ancillary costs are not included. Winner and their guest must take all elements of the prize at the same time.
f. Winners must be in possession of valid passport, visas if necessary and travel insurance.
g. Any changes made to the prize by the prize winner or their travel companion, including extending the trip, are at the winner's expense and must be arranged by the winner.
h. Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. The prize draw will take place on or before Sunday, June 28th, 2015.

7. The winner will be notified by phone and confirmed in writing or by email, using the details listed on the Fly Buys database. Entrants should ensure that their personal details on the Fly Buys database are correct. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of the prize draw, that winner will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made.

8. The Promoter, Foodstuffs North Island Ltd and Trafalgar reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries that are not associated with the purchase of a Promotion Product, or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. The Promoter, Foodstuffs North Island Ltd and Trafalgar reserve the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.

11. Prizes are not exchangeable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

12. The Promoter, Foodstuffs North Island Ltd and Trafalgar accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries, or entries not correctly lodged through the Fly Buys system.

13. The Promoter, Foodstuffs North Island Ltd or Trafalgar are not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.

14. The Promoter, Foodstuffs North Island Ltd or Trafalgar shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/winning any prize, except as required by law.

15. All entries remain the property of Fly Buys Ltd. All personal information will be collected and stored by Fly Buys in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
