1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, date of birth, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. Promotion commences at 12.00am on Tuesday, 5 May, 2015 and will finish at 11.59pm on Sunday, 17 May, 2015 ("Promotional Period").
7. The winner will be notified on Monday, 18 May, 2015.
8. The winner will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winner by close of business by Friday, 22 May, 2014 will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.
9. There is one (1) prize package that includes;
a. 1 x $500NZD Jetstar flight vouchers to use on any Jetstar flight booking
b. $500 voucher for accommodation costs in the form of a Prezzy card
c. $500 voucher for travel costs on the ground in the form of a Prezzy card
10. Prize must be redeemed no later than July 31, 2015.
11. Timings that the prize can be redeemed before this date are subject to availability or no-redeem periods for any flights, accommodation, attractions or any other prize elements included.
12. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Any additional costs not covered in the prize above that are incurred to take the prize are at the winner's expense.
14. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
15. To the fullest extent permitted by law the Promoters and their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives will not be liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of entry or winning any prize. If and to the extent any liability arises, the liability of the Promoters shall be several and not joint.
16. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions stated here, on all relevant tickets and those of the participating outlets/venues.
17. The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.
18. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for NZME (publishers of NZ Herald) to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from NZME. Publishing.
19. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for Jetstar to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from Jetstar.
20. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.

How to use the Voucher:
• Redeem for Jetstar flights only up to the value of $500 NZD
• Book within 6 months through Jetstar.com or Jetstar Contact Centre (see Jetstar.com for contact numbers). Your booking must be made or changed before the Expiry Date
• Book any Jetstar flight available on Jetstar.com or through Jetstar Contact Centre at the time you redeem this Voucher
• Redeem in one booking only, any amount not redeemed in that booking will be lost and no credit will remain
Voucher Terms & Conditions:
(a) 'How to use this Voucher' forms part of these Voucher Terms & Conditions. (b) Booking dates will be strictly applied. Your booking must be made or changed through Jetstar.com or Jetstar Contact Centre before the Expiry Date, for travel on any Jetstar flight available at the time you redeem this Voucher.
If you do not redeem this Voucher within this timeframe this Voucher will expire and you will lose the value of this Voucher. If you redeem this Voucher but later change your booking on a date after the Expiry Date, you will lose the value of this Voucher. This Voucher was created on the Issue Date and expires on the Expiry Date as noted above. The 6 month booking period is calculated as 183 days from the Issue Date. (c) All travel is subject to availability at the time of booking, the fare rules quoted at the time of booking and the Jetstar Conditions of Carriage. The standard Jetstar fare and bundle rules apply according to the fare or fare with bundle selected when booking.
