1) Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2) Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3) The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.

4) To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address and phone number. ("Eligible Entrants").

5) Eligible Entrants are limited to one entry. Any subsequent entry after the first valid entry received from an eligible entrant will be invalid.

6) Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

7) Promotion commences at 12.01am Wednesday, October 29, 2014 and will finish at 11.59pm on Sunday November 2, 2014 ("Promotional Period").

8) The prize will be drawn at random on Monday November 10, 2014 from all valid entries submitted.

9) The winner will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.

10) There is one (1) prize to give away which includes:
a) One (1) Gentleman's Tissot Couturier, Chronograph watch with a RRP of $1,075
b) Two (2) tickets to Big Boys Toys on Saturday November 8, 2013
c) One (1) NZ$100 bar tab in the Tui Public House
d) Two (2) meet and greets with Scott Dixon
e) Two (2) special photo opportunities with McLaren P1
f) Two (2) meet and greets with Dave McKenna
g) One (1) Milwaukee job site radio with a RRP of $700

11) Prize elements e) and f) listed in term 10 are to be used at a mutually agreed time between the winner and Big Boys Toys. In the circumstance that an element of the prize is unable to be delivered, another component will be added to the prize package to the same or higher level.

12) Prize element d) listed in term 10 is to be used at a time decided by Big Boys Toys.

13) Any cost incurred to attend the event or additional costs at the event are at the winner's expense.

14) Both the winner and guest must be over 18 years of age. Photo ID may be requested to partake in certain elements of the prize.

15) The Promoters support safe and responsible alcohol consumption.

16) The winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies the Promoters and their associated partners in respect to any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize.

17) The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18) The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.

19) The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.

20) By ticking the optional box "I am happy for NZME. (publishers of Driven) to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters.

21) Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
