Terms and Conditions - Win a weekend of water, wine and song in Gisborne

Terms and conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.

4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, date of birth, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").

5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. Promotion commences at 12.01am on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 and will finish at 11.59pm on Monday, December 8, 2014. ("Promotional Period").

7. The winner will be notified in week commencing Monday December 8, 2014.

8. The winner will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winner and gain acceptance of prize by winner by close of business by Friday, December 12, 2014 will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.

9. There is one (1) prize package that includes;
a. Two nights at Quality Emerald Hotel in an executive suite, with breakfast included
b. Return economy flights to Gisborne if required (or a petrol voucher to the value of $120 if the winner chooses to drive to Gisborne)
b. VIP tickets to East Coast Vibes on Saturday, January 24, 2014
c. Surf lesson with Surfing with Frank on Sunday, 25th January 2014 subject to weather and ocean conditions
d. Eco Marine Tour feeding stingrays at Dive Tatapouri 5pm on Sunday January 25, 2014
e. Complementary wine tasting and platter at the Gisborne Wine Centre on Sunday, January 25, 2014

10. The prize must be taken over the period January 23 - January 25, 2104 or it will be forfeited.

11. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Any additional costs not covered in the prize above that are incurred to take the prize are at the winner's expense.

13. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.

14. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions stated here, on all relevant tickets and those of the participating outlets/venues.

15. The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.

16. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for NZME. (publishers of NZ Herald) to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from NZME..

17. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
