Terms and Conditions: WIN a trip for two to Tokyo worth $7,500

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, New Zealand postal address, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. Promotion commences at 12:00 am on Sunday, October 05, 2014 and will finish at 11.59pm, Wednesday October 16, 2014. ("Promotional Period").
7. The prize draw will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2014.
8. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.
9. There will be a total of one (1) winner of the Competition who will receive:
· Two (2) return economy Jetstar Starter air fares from Auckland to Tokyo (Narita) airport (inclusive of airfare related taxes, charges and a maximum of 20kg luggage allowance for each traveller)
· If the winner does not reside in Auckland, he/she will also receive return economy Jetstar Starter airfares from their nearest Jetstar port in New Zealand to Auckland
· Four (4) nights in a standard twin room with breakfast at the Ibis Tokyo Shinjuku
Maximum Prize Value $7,500.
10. The promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoters accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
12. The prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the ticket. Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, and meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of each prize-winner and their companion. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. 13. The prize is valid from 2nd January 2015 - 30th June 2015. Prize travel and accommodation cannot be taken from 29th April - 5th May 2015.
14. Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. Winners and their companions must travel together on all prize travel and will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel or accommodation. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Qantas Frequent Flyer points.
15. If the prize winner and their companions are from a regional area within New Zealand, travel arrangements to and from the nearest Jetstar port to offer a direct service to Auckland do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
16. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once tickets are issued. The prize must be used as stated, otherwise it will be forfeited.
17. The prize winner is responsible for any amendment fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
18. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
19. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
20. By ticking the optional box "I would like to opt into receiving emails from the following organisations:" (JetStar and/or Ibis), entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
