Terms and conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 25 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. Promotion commences at 2:00am on Monday, September 2, 2013 and will finish at 11.45pm on Monday, September 30, 2013 ("Promotional Period").
7. The winner will be notified Tuesday, October 1, 2013.
8. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winners by close of business on Tuesday, October 1, 2013, will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.
9. There is one (1) prize package that includes;
a. A custom designed piece of jewellery to the value of $1,000, by Designer Goldsmith MichaelJohn
b. A new Ford Fiesta to use for the weekend (Friday to Sunday) only
c. 2 x nights twin share accommodation at the Hilton Auckland, in a Deluxe Harbour View Room, with breakfast included
d. Dinner for two at FISH restaurant, to the value of $250, for one night only
e. $1,000 spending money towards your wardrobe, in the form of a Prezzi card
10. The winner is required to hold a current, full New Zealand Driver's license.
11. If the winner requires flights to Auckland to redeem the prize, this will be organised by the Promoters. Return flights will be provided departing either Wellington or Christchurch to Auckland.
12. Prize can be redeemed no earlier than Friday, November 1, and no later than Sunday, December 1, 2013.
13. Timings subject to availability of both accommodation and flights (if required).
14. All flights, jewellery activity, accommodation at the Hilton, and dinner at FISH restaurant outlined above will be booked via the APN NZ Media team. All elements of the prize relating to the Ford Fiesta vehicle will be organised by Ford New Zealand. Contact details for this will be emailed to the main winner.
15. The Ford Fiesta vehicle is to be collected in Auckland at the Ford Head Office, and returned to the same location. The winner is also required to sign a loan agreement with Ford.
16. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Any additional costs not covered in the prize above that are incurred to take the prize are at the winner's expense.
18. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
19. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions stated here, on all relevant tickets and those of the participating outlets/venues.
20. The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.
21. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for APN (publishers of NZ Herald) and their partners to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters.
22. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
