1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoters are NZME, 46 Albert Street, Auckland, New Zealand, EECA ENERGYWISE, 44 The Terrace, Wellington and Smart Energy Solutions Ltd, 42 Lady Ruby Drive, Auckland.
3. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
5. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, New Zealand postal address, phone number, and enter the top three things that would make their home warmer and drier ("Eligible Entrants").
6. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. NZME reserves the right to suspend, modify the terms of, or cancel the promotion at any time.
8. Promotion commences at 5:00am on Sunday, May 3rd, 2015 and will finish at 11:59pm, Sunday, May 10th, 2015 ("Promotional Period").
9. Winners will be selected and notified on or before Tuesday, May 12th, 2015.
10. The winners will be notified by telephone, or email. Inability to contact a winner by 5:00pm on Wednesday May 13th 2015 will result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative entry will be selected.
11. There are three (3) prizes to be won valued at a minimum NZ$5,000 and consisting of an EECA ENERGYWISE and Smart Energy Solutions home energy efficiency assessment and makeover, which may include insulation, heating, ventilation, fixing damp and/or LED bulbs or downlights. ("Prize").
12. Winners must be willing to be interviewed and have photos and video taken, which may be used in the Herald on Sunday and on the EECA ENERGYWISE websites and Facebook page and Smart Energy Solutions websites.
13. If winners are renting they will need to get the written permission of their landlord within (10) ten days of the prize draw or the prize package will default to another entry.
14. If the winner/s are eligible for free ceiling and underfloor insulation as part of Warm Up New Zealand: Healthy Homes, the prize package is on top of the free insulation.
15. Prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable, saleable or redeemable for cash.
16. All work is to be completed by Tuesday, June 30th, 2015.

Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
