Terms and Conditions - 'Talk Like A Pro' text promotion

1. Four winners will be randomly drawn from the database of valid text entries at the Blues v Crusaders match on 28 February 2014.
2. The winners must be present at the game at which is competition is run in order to be eligible for the prize.
3. Entries into the competition close at full time (approximately 9.30pm) on 28 February, 2014.
4. One (1) main winner will win $1,000 cash. The cash will be deposited into the winner's nominated New Zealand bank account no later than ten working days after the provision of an account deposit slip to APN NZ Ltd (publishers of The New Zealand Herald).
5. Three (3) runner-up winners will win a Blues 2014 replica signed by the BLUES squad, plus a seven day, fifty-two week gift subscription to The New Zealand Herald, Weekend Herald and Herald on Sunday.
6. If any winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awards to their parent or guardian.
7. The runner-up prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods/services.
8. Any personal information collected during the competition will be held by the Blues Franchise Limited and APN NZ Ltd for the purpose of notifying contestants of future promotions and offers from either party.
9. All entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by APN when received into APN's database and NOT at time of transmission by the entrant.
10. APN's records are conclusive as to time of receipt.
11. Late, illegal, incomplete, or illegible, entries are invalid. APN is not responsiblf for such entries nor for any error, technical malfunction, loss, omission, communications delay or failure.
12. The winner agrees to allow an image and story to appear on the official Herald or Blues website or social media sites.
13. Only valid text entries received during the at-game competition period will be eligible in the competition.
14. The promoters (APN NZ Ltd and Blues Franchise Ltd) are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
