1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name and current and valid email address and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Eligible Entrants are limited to one entry in the promotion. Any subsequent entry after the first valid entry received from an eligible entrant will be invalid.
6. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. Promotion commences at 3pm Friday 24 January, 2014 and will finish at 11.59pm Sunday 2 February, 2014 ("Promotional Period").
8. The prize draw will be held on Monday 3 February, 2014
9. The winner will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winner within five days of the prize draw will result in prize being forfeited.
10. There are three (3) prizes. Each prize includes one (1) GA double pass to attend Splore at Tapapakanga Regional Park on 14 - 16 February, 2014 valued at $255 per ticket.
11. Your ticket entitles you to attend for the full three days. Your GA ticket does include free camping (first in first served).
12. The prizes are for tickets only. They do include a camping spot for the weekend however if you want a reserved camping space, which means you can turn up and have a guaranteed camping spot in the best place, you can reserve these for a fee at www.iticket.co.nz
13. The tickets do not include a parking pass. All cars must have a parking pass, please refer to www.splore.net for the details on the parking pass and ensure you have one for the weekend
14. Public transport options to the event are available on www.splore.net
15. Any expense occurred to attend the event, or during the event, is at the winner's expense.
16. The winners accept the prize at their own risk. The promoters will not be held liable for any incidents that occur, including but not limited to theft and injury.

19. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
20. The winners consent to their names being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.
21. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for APN (publishers of NZ Herald Online) to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters.
