Terms and Conditions - KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfil due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.

4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, New Zealand residential postal address, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").

5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.

6. Promotion commences at 12.01am, Saturday January 17, 2015 and will finish at 5.00pm, Thursday January 22, 2015. ("Promotional Period").

7. The prize draw will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015.

8. The winners will be notified by phone or email. Inability to contact the winners by close of business of the prize draw will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.

9. There is one (1) prize pack to be won, consisting of a double pass to the NZ premiere of KINGSMAN: THE SECRET Service on January 31, 2015 at 8pm. return flights to Auckland via Air New Zealand's GrabASeat (if required), one night's accommodation at Pullman Auckland for two guests, and a suit consisting of pants and a jacket provided by Barkers Mens Clothing for the main winner (not their guest). There will also be a taxi provided to and from the hotel to the premiere.

10. Winner and guest must be available to travel to Auckland on Sat January 31 and return Sunday February 1. Flights are subject to availability and will not be provided for winners within a reasonable distance drive to Auckland. Airport transfers in Auckland are included in the prize.

11. FLIGHT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Flights booked as "Seat and Bag". The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is redeemable on Air New Zealand services only. All prize travel must be booked on one single booking. All prize travel is subject to Air New Zealand's Conditions ofCarriage, to view visit http://www.airnewzealand.co.nz/conditions_of_carriage_info.htm. Prize travel is not eligible to accrue Airpoints DollarsTM, Status Points or frequent flyer points under any other carrier's loyalty program. Other conditions may apply and will be advised at the time of booking. Once booking confirmed no changes are permitted. Neither Air New Zealand nor any other person or party associated with this competition shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered. Additional costs including and not limited to travel insurance, food, spending money, departure taxes (if any) and other incidentals are the responsibility of the winner.

12. Meals are not included at Pullman Auckland.

13. KINGSMAN: THE SECRET SERVICE is rated TBC.

14. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
