General Terms and conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 21 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must answer the question and provide their full name, current and valid email address, date of birth, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6. Promotion commences at 12.01am on Monday, 21 July, 2014 and will finish at 8.30am on Monday, 04 August, 2014 ("Promotional Period").
7. 5. Eligible Entrants are limited to one entry in the promotion and email address will be used as the unique identifier.
8. The winner will be notified on Monday, 04 August, 2014. The winner will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winner by close of business by Friday, 08 August, 2014 will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.
9. There is one (1) prize package that includes;
a. 1 x $500NZD Jetstar flight vouchers to use on any Jetstar flight booking
b. 1 x 4 day Avis Car Rental to use while at this location
c. $500 worth of Caltex StarCash
d. $500 Scenic Hotel voucher
10. The winner is required to be a New Zealand resident, and hold a current, full New Zealand Driver's license.
11. Prize must be redeemed no later than April 30, 2015.
12. Timings that the prize can be redeemed before this date are subject to availability or no-redeem periods for any flights, accommodation, attractions or any other prize elements included.
13. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Any additional costs not covered in the prize above that are incurred to take the prize are at the winner's expense.
15. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
16. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions stated here, on all relevant tickets and those of the participating outlets/venues.
17. The winners consent to their names and submitted photos being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion.
18. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for APN (publishers of NZ Herald) to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from APN NZ Media.
19. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for Avis to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from Avis.
20. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for Jet Star to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from Jetstar.
21. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for Caltex to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from Caltex.
22. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
23. 2. All travel is subject to availability at the time of booking, the fare rules quoted at the time of booking and the Jetstar Conditions of Carriage.

Terms and Conditions - Specific to Avis Rent a Car
1. A credit card will need to be presented when you collect the vehicle.
2. For security purposes the credit card used for payment of the rental must be in the renters name and embossed on the front of the card. The renter's signature must also appear on the back of the card.
3. For insurance purposes, Avis requires the driver be over 21 years of age and holds a current valid full Driver's License.
4. Prize excludes fuel and any other miscellaneous services you may require.
5. One way hires are excluded.
6. Standard Avis Rent a Car terms and conditions apply.
7. This rental is valid until April 30, 2015.

Terms and Conditions - Specific to Scenic Hotels
1. Winner will receive five (5) $100 vouchers. Each voucher entitles the bearer to Accommodation or Food at any Scenic Hotel Group property to the value of $100.
2. All vouchers will be issued on the same day and are valid 12 months from date of issue.
