Starboard Paddle For Hope

The 2014 Starboard Paddle For Hope, proudly presented by Hawaiian Airlines, is a fun annual festival of Stand Up Paddling created by breast cancer survivor Karin Horen. This family-friendly event includes have-a-go lessons, yogaboarding, hula workshops, sprint racing and a fun teams SUP relay in the newly developed St Mary's Bay in Westhaven on Saturday, 1 November 2014

Since 2011 the Paddle For Hope has raised $165,000 for breast cancer rehabilitation, and this year aims to raise $100,000 for the Pinc and Steel Cancer Rehabilitation Trust. The money raised will pay for individuals affected by cancer to participate in the PINC, STEEL and the new PaddleOn Cancer Rehabilitation Programs.
