PUMA fitness blog terms and conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 14 years or older. Employees of the Promoters, the Promoters' associated companies, the Promoters' agencies and partners associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw this promotion or any part of this promotion should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address, and phone number ("Eligible Entrants").
5. By signing up to the PUMA blog, entrants will be sent one daily email with the latest PUMA blog post for the duration of the promotion, but can opt-out at any time from their email. By choosing to opt-out, the entrant will no longer be part of the daily prize draw.
6. Eligible Entrants are limited to one entry in the promotion.
7. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. Promotion commences at 08:30am on Monday 2 July, 2012 and will finish at 8:30am on Thursday 26 July, 2012 ("Promotional Period").
9. The prize draw will be held daily from Tuesday 3 July, 2012 to Friday 27 July, 2012, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday draws being made on the following Monday.
10. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. Inability to contact the winner by close of business the day after they were drawn will result in the prize being forfeited and a further draw will be conducted.
11. Eligible entrants will be sent out one of the following prizes which are to be chosen at random by PUMA ranging in price from RRP $24.99 to RRP $200.00. All products will be selected by PUMA and delivered to the winners' physical address. If the winner is receiving footwear, the winner must choose one size for footwear in either men's or women's. Sizes men's footwear sizes US7 - US13, women's footwear sizes US6 - US11. The items will not be able to be returned, but are covered under the consumers guarantees act. Prizes will be from a prize pool of:
a. 6 pairs of PUMA Men's or Women's footwear
b. 3 PUMA gym bags
c. 8 PUMA sports bags
d. 8 PUMA waist bags/arm pockets
e. 5 PUMA running caps ("Prize").
12. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the Prize.
13. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken for cash.
15. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
16. By ticking the optional box "I am happy for APN (publishers of nzherald.co.nz) and PUMA to email me information and promotions that may be of interest", entrants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed communications from the Promoters. Entrants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoters. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at the addresses set out below.
17. The entry microsite contains various trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights and or logos of PUMA and may also contain several protected marks of PUMA's numerous affiliates. Such marks remain the property of their respective owners. User recognizes and acknowledges the ownership of these marks and understands that it does not acquire, through use of the Application, any right, title, or interest in the marks. User agrees that it will not change, modify and or exploit the marks, nor participate in any activity which modifies and or exploits such marks. All rights to these marks are reserved. Any use of the marks without expressed written authorization is strictly prohibited.
18. The Promoters are nzherald.co.nz, owned by APN Digital, 46 Albert Street, Auckland, New Zealand, and PUMA, 218 Parnell Road, Auckland.
