1. Information on how to submit your vote and what this means form part of these Terms and Conditions. Submitting a vote is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is free and open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
3. The Promoters reservethe right to withdraw the people's choice award or any part of the people's choice award should their ability to fulfill due obligations be limited at any stage by any form of technical failure.
4. To submit a vote, entrants must provide their full name, current and valid email address and submit their nomination ("Eligible Entrants").
5. Eligible Entrants are limited to one vote in the award. Any subsequent votes after the first valid vote received from an eligible entrant will be invalid.
6. Voting commences at 12.01am Monday, 23 February, 2015 and will finish at 11.59pm Sunday, 22 March, 2015 ("Promotional Period").
7. Votes must be received by the Promoters during the Promotional Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. The winner of the $20,000 Contact Energy People's Choice Award will be the Launchpad team that receives the highest number of votes.
9. The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The People's Choice winning team will be notified directly by Contact Energy. The winning team will be announced in Elements on 30 March 2015.
