The 2013 Child Cancer Appeal Month will for the third year run throughout the entire month of March.

Beads of Courage Day® is a vital part of Child Cancer Appeal Month with a street collection taking place on Friday, March 22nd.

The Foundation's goal is to raise $1 million in March to help children with cancer and their families.

Three children are diagnosed with cancer each week in New Zealand and collectively undergo a total of 100,000 treatments and procedures annually. For each of these they receive a Bead of Courage® from the Child Cancer Foundation.
