Simply purchase The New Zealand Herald, Weekend Herald or Herald on Sunday from
a participating Mobil branded store, attach your receipt to a completed entry form and be in to win a trip for two to Hollywood.

Prize includes flights (ex Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch), accommodation and a VIP Warner Bros. studio tour for the winner and their travel companion.

Terms and Conditions

1. Information on How to Enter and all details and instructions appearing on the entry form and at point of sale, forms part of the terms and conditions of entry to this Competition. To the extent of any inconsistency in the information on How to Enter and other details and instructions, the Terms and Conditions below will prevail.

2. Entry into this Competition indicates an acceptance and agreement of all these terms & conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should not enter the Competition.

3. Entry is open to NZ residents except employees (and such employees' immediate families) of APN New Zealand Limited (NZ Herald), Roadshow Entertainment (NZ) Limited (Roadshow), Mobil branded retail stores, Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited (Mobil) and all related companies and their agencies associated with the promotion.

4. To enter, purchase The New Zealand Herald, Weekend Herald or Herald on Sunday, between Tuesday, May 24 and Monday, June 20, 2011 from a participating Mobil branded store and complete an entry form available in-store, attach an original proof of purchase (receipt) and then place it in the entry box provided.
In-store entries must be received by midnight on Monday, June 20, 2011. Entrants may enter as often as they wish, but each entry must be on a separate entry form provided at the point of purchase and accompanied by a separate original proof of purchase (receipt).

5. Each completed and valid entry form will be entered into the draw to win. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions, and any late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegal, incomplete, illegible, damaged, reproduced, or altered entries, will be deemed invalid. NZ Herald reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry.

6. Prize Details: One (1) trip for two (2) to Los Angeles. This travel package includes;
- Return airfares from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to Los Angeles based on flight schedule and availibility for two (2) (including all taxes and surcharges).
- Self-drive car hire or transfers
- 4-nights accommodation for two (2) people in 4-star accomodation in Los Angeles
- VIP Warner Brothers studio tour for the winner and their travel companion
- Travel insurance

- This Travel prize needs to be used between the dates of Thursday, September 15 and Thursday December 15, 2011.
- Travel is not transferable from initial winner and is for two (2) people.
- The two (2) travellers must travel together at all times and names will be notified to the participating operators.
- The winner must give 20 days notice when booking flights.
- Flight dates are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
- Prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion by the Prize Winner.
- Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of Prizes impossible due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of Roadshow Films. In this situation, Roadshow Films may at its discretion vary or amend Prizes so as to provide reasonable alternative Prizes and Prize winners agree that no liability shall attach to Roadshow Films or parties connected to Roadshow Films as a result.
- Accommodation is twin share for room and tax only.
- If car hire is required the driver must be 21 years old or over with a clean drivers licence.
- Winners must register online with US ESTA system. Entrants must hold a current passport with at least 6 months validity.
- The hotel and car hire company will require credit card imprint.

7. It is each winner's responsibility to cover any additional costs associated with the prize not specifically stated in clause 6, and to arrange passports and visas. All travel prizes exclude travel/transport to and from Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch airports, meals and beverages. Additional spending money and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

8. In the event the prize winner requests a travel prize of greater value than that specified (eg: requests an extended length of stay), the prize-winner shall pay the difference in value and no claim for the difference shall be made against any of the promotional entities.

9. Taking the prize is subject to any prevailing terms and conditions of the accommodation/ transport/ services or transfers (as applicable), and in particular, health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. No compensation will be payable if the winner, or their travel companion, is unable to use any element of the prize as stated for whatever reason, including participation in certain activities for health, age, behaviour or safety reasons. Any part of a prize that is not taken for any reason is forfeited.

10. The winner and their travel companion will not accrue any frequent flyer points from taking the prize. All components of the prize must be taken together. Any element of the prize not taken will be deemed to be forfeited. Accommodation and travel is subject to booking, accommodation and flight availability. Once booked, any changes made to the booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the winner.

11. The prize draw will take place on or before Friday, July 15, 2011. The winner will be notified by phone and confirmed in writing. If the winner cannot be contacted nor do not claim the prize within 14 days of the prize draw, that winner will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made.

12. If the main prize-winner drawn is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.

13. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Prizes are not exchangeable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash. NZ Herald reserves the right to vary the terms, and to modify, terminate or reschedule the Competition, and to substitute any of the prizes to a similar prize of the same value.

15. NZ Herald, Mobil, Roadshow (and their related companies) accept no responsibility for lost entries and will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this competition or the prize(s) (including but not limited to personal injury) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. All entries become the property of NZ Herald. NZ Herald collects and holds personal information provided with each entry, to be used to notify prize winner, to verify prize winner's identity and, if requested may be kept and used for future promotional activities conducted by the NZ Herald. Under the Privacy Act 1993, all individuals have rights to access to and correction of their personal information held by the NZ Herald at 46 Albert Street, Auckland by contacting NZ Herald on 0800 100 888 during business hours.

17. The winner's name and photo may be used for publicity purposes and by accepting the prize the winner must make himself/herself available for this purpose.
