Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and all details and instructions appearing at point of sale, form part of the terms and conditions of entry to this Competition. To the extent of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions below will prevail.

2. Entry into this Competition indicates an acceptance and agreement of all these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you should not enter the competition.

3. Entry is open to NZ residents only. Anyone employed by (or anyone who is an immediate family member of someone employed by) APN New Zealand Limited or its related companies ("NZ Herald"), all participating New World outlets, Foodstuffs (Auckland) Ltd, agencies associated with the Competition, or New Zealand Herald retailers are ineligible to enter.

4. To enter, purchase the New Zealand Herald or Herald on Sunday between Monday, April 12 and Sunday, May 2, 2010 at a participating New World supermarket from Turangi North and swipe your Fly Buys card at the time of purchase. Entries must be received by midnight Sunday, May 2, 2010. Entrants may enter as often as they wish. Entry is not limited per transaction - there is one (1) entry into the prize draw for each promotional product purchased. The normal Fly Buy's benefits still apply alongside this promotion – customers will still receive the one standard point per $25 spend and any additional points that they are entitled to.

5. Prize Details: Three (3) prizewinners' will WIN $5,000 worth of New World grocery vouchers. The vouchers must be used before the expiry date.

6. The prize draw will take place on or before Friday, June 4, 2010. Entrants should ensure that their personal details on the Fly Buys database are correct. The first three (3) valid entries randomly drawn will each win a prize.

7. The winners will be notified by phone (where applicable) and confirmed in writing within 3 working days of the prize draw. If any of the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 14 days of the prize draw, then they will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made.

8. The prize is not exchangeable. NZ Herald reserves the right to vary the terms, and to modify, terminate or reschedule the Competition, and to substitute the prize to a similar prize of the same value.

9. NZ Herald (and its related companies) and New World (Auckland) Ltd (and its related companies) accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entry forms or mail and will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Competition or the prize(s) (including but not limited to personal injury and indirect or consequential loss) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Each person who enters the Competition acknowledges that no representations as to the quality or fitness for purpose of the prize has been made by NZ Herald or New World.

11. The winners' names may be used for publicity purposes.
