BOP/Waikato Operations

As a Zero Harm Advisor within our Operations business unit, you will operate as a
safety leader within the Bay of Plenty and Waikato region. You will drive and enable
teams to improve Zero Harm performance, and fulfi l our obligations to actively care
and protect people, our business and the environment.
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid stakeholder relationships
• The ability to drive change and support teams to foster a positive Zero Harm
culture
• A true passion for Zero Harm and a commitment to peoples wellbeing
• Signifi cant experience in an HSE capacity within a comparable industry,
exposure to working within a unionised workforce will be advantageous
