KEY POINTS:

We asked what you thought of Pink at Vector?

This debate is now closed but here is a selection of reviews:

brett-o-sawrus
the concert was sooo amazing i went in a pink boiler suit and it was one of the best live gigs i have been too.

Tabitha from Thames
Absolutely awesome show, she really went all out. We were on the floor and it was hardley cramped. The show started late but all the crowd that attended were really well behave and it was great to see the lighting crew helping us out with the entertainment for the "dance offs: that happened.

Shay

I have been a fan of Pink since her first album was released, and i was brought the ticket to her gig on Sunday at the last minute, and i am SO glad i went! I had a front row spot and saw the whole show perfectly! She is an amazing performer, the outfits, sound, dancing, everything was fantastic! I was a big Pink fan before the show, and now im an even bigger fan! If she ever came back id definitely buy another ticket! Also i was surprisingly very impressed by the Vector Arena! Awesome venue :)

Nick
Pink was the most electrifying and ehilirating concert that I have ever had the privilege to see up close and live! I was three rows front the front right up close to the stage with an unbelievable view. When she did her amazing acrobatics and leaped off the front of the stage she was right above my head! Every song was energy-packed and vocally superb and her variety of costume, set and special effects made for extremely entertaining and unexpected watching - my friends and I were screaming for more once the show had finished. The highlight of the night being when Pink winked at me after I yelled "I Love You". This is one concert i will never forget!

Pink Fan
The Pink concert was a great event. The crowd were fantastic and enthusiastic, with individuals dancing in the crowd until Pink came out on stage after 9.30pm. Pink is a fantastic performer, showing off her acrobatic, dancing and gymnastic skills. She sang just like the albums and the crowd responded singing and dancing their hearts out. After an hour and 45 minutes the $100 was well worth our money. I would love to see Pink in New Zealand again soon.

Shaggy (Taranaki)
We were stage left high up and the expected sound problems did not emerge. It was a fantasic venue and wicked show. As a huge Pink fan and having seen DVDs she was even better live and that's not often said. Only bad point was the problems at the entrance. To long to wait to get into the Arena itself. Go Pink amazing show!

P!NK rocked the stage hard at the Vector arena last night. The 13-hour wait in line was well worth it! Our group managed to be centre staged and locked eyes with P!NK many times making her a true fan-loving star. The venue staff (including the lovely security staff) all made the night one to remember. Thank you P!NK and Vector for the great experience!

John Sommers
I am 54 and thought it was brilliant.

Bobbie
I just wanted to say my daughter and I went to P!nks concert last night at Vector Arena & we both thought it was awesome. Not only does she put on a great show, she is an amazing live singer and her songs actually have depth and meaning which is very refreshing in this day and age. This was my 9-year-olds first concert and I would say it has set a pretty high bar for any future concerts she goes too.
I have to disagree with the NZ Herald reviewer's comment regarding the campfire songs being the "limp" part of the concert. The fact that she can just sit and sing beautiful ballad type music with only a guitar and couple of back up singers is yet again another testament of her ability as a great artist. My daughter and I look forward to seeing her again when/if she returns to NZ for another concert.

Ike (Kaitaia)
We queued at 2pm so we could get right up in front of the stage, and got the most awesome spot to watch the concert from right in front of the runway. The concert was absolutely brilliant and worth every cent spent on the ticket and every minute spent in the cold waiting to get in. The entertainment provided by the random people who were daring enough to get up and dance in front of the thousands of people in the arena before she came on stage was pure hilarity too. P!nk is an absolute powerhouse in every sense, being there was only topped by being able get so close to the superstar.

GS (Auckland)
I was very impressed with the concert! The hour wait didn't impress me, but a few people in the crowd dancing did! I really enjoyed myself, Pink was outstanding! I would most definitely go again if she ever comes back!

Lee
Pink's concert was one of the best of been to. I saw her in Wellington in 2002 and she was great then but last nite was absolutely fantastic! She was so professional, considering she must have been knackered after her Aussie leg of the tour. Can't wait for her to come back. I'll be there again for sure!

Aimsnz
Wow is all I can say! She's strong, sexy talented and without a doubt one of if not the best female vocalist of the 21st century! I've followed P!nk since Can't take Me Home CD. She's awesome! The highlight of the night for me was when she sang Redemption song, Dear Mr President and Me and Bobby Mcgee. Vocally perfect always! I love her! The show was spectacular, it had everything for everybody. The sexiest song was Fingers. She looked toned and fit and wow what more is there to say! If you didn't go and see her shame on you! We love you P!nk!

Nicole from Auckland
I had an amazing time at the Pink concert and agree with everything that was said in the review! she really had a 'dont care' additude to everything she does and that show in her concert. one bit that i wasnt pleased about was the 1 HOUR!! wait to see her! after the opening banded finished we all assumed it would be only a matter of time b4 she came out, i would have expected half an hour for her to apear on stage, but an hour is just ridiculous! what can take so long?? i was in the standing area and was sorround by people who felt the same, when theres not alot going on except antisipation (and a crazy blonde lady nearly falling out of her top) it was a bit of a let down! i thort this would have bin mentioned in the review but i see not, maybe its not always a bad thing to say sumthin bad about such a fabulous singer and preformer.

Fern (Russell)
This 45 year old female left Vecta Arena last night after watching Pink feeling like an 18 year old again! Who wouldn't, after watching a special talent like this young woman who with her natural musical/physical athletic skills combined with her "I'll do it my way" attitude performed a mindblowing, heart lifting performance that this old tart will relive for eternity as no other singer/performer will ever come near. Thanks Pink

Ange from Auckland

I had a fantastic time. While the Concert came across as very slick and professional, I still had fun and enjoyed myself. Pink is a consummate performer, and while I thought she looked a bit tired, (considering Auckland was the last concert of a long tour), she still gave 110 per cent and seemed to be enjoying herself.

Birthday Girl
Received a ticket to the Vector Arena on Sunday 10 June to see Pink in concert. What a totally amazing concert. The crown was in fantastic spirits with mexican waves and a couple of dance-offs in the arena. When Pink hit the stage it was just incredible, from the amazing motorbike entrance to sitting round the campfire, to doing the acrobatics with the satin ropes. The costumes changes were quick, and the sound quality was perfect. A fantastic concert which made my birthday just spectacular. Hope Pink comes back again as I will definitely be there for another night of pure entertainment.

Angeljen
Wow! what an absolutely amazing show. Vocally, musically and visually i have never been more entertained that what i was last night.... What a great crowd keeping themselves and others entertained between the opening act and P!nks arrival on stage (special mention to the lighting guys for putting the spots on the dancer). I can't imagine anyone leaving the show unhappy with what they had just been a part of. Thumbs up to Vector arena also! i thought it was a great venue and even with all the people it all flowed nicely and didnt take too long to get out at the end.Come back again soon Pink!!!!!! your New Zealand fans will be back in force i'm sure.
