Young entrepreneur off to Palm Springs

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award has been held for the past four years.

This year, 50 entrepreneurs entered the seven categories.

The overall winner was Michael Whittaker of the Atlantis Group, an international database marketing company.

This month, Mr Whittaker is off to Palm Springs for the Ernst & Young International Forum of Entrepreneurs.

Next May he will represent New Zealand at the World Entrepreneur of the Year awards in Monte Carlo.
