Four offenders smashed their way into an Auckland service station early this morning, traumatising the sole female staffer as they stole cash and cigarettes.
Police are currently at the Z service station on Manukau Rd in Epsom, carrying out a scene examination.
A spokeswoman said that at 2am four men broke through the glass doors and confronted the female attendant inside.
They took off with a quantity of cash and cigarettes.
"The female attendant was left incredibly traumatised by the incident and police would like to hear from anyone who may have any information which could assist with their enquiries," the spokeswoman said.
