Save After a nine-month delay, construction of a 15-unit motel in Greytown's Main St is finally underway again.
Holmes Construction managing director Andy Holmes confirmed work on the development had started again but declined to say what had caused the delay.
Mr Holmes said work on the site started on Monday
and was expected to be completed in about May this year.
"Things are back on track," Mr Holmes said.
"[We're] starting off quietly at the moment but it will build."
