Regional Labour Market manager Toni Seanoa said they offered a range of services through RecruitMe to help including a toll-free service and an onlineservice which was accessible "anytime, anywhere" for employers looking for staff or to list vacancies.
They identify suitable future staff, with the appropriate skills from those who are unemployed or looking for work.
Work and Income partners with industries and training organisations nationally and locally to address skill shortages, she said.
