Save A woman reportedly received abrasions to her limbs after exiting a moving vehicle in Tauranga yesterday afternoon.
Former city councillor Murray Guy and his wife Marion found a woman lying across the centre line on Route K about 4.15pm.
A Tauranga Hospital anesthetist had also stopped and helped the woman
until St John arrived.
Police and St John referred calls from the Bay of Plenty Times to the Corrections Department, who in turn referred calls back to police.
