Save A woman suffered moderate injuries after she was impaled on a spiked fence at a central Auckland church this morning.
A Fire Service spokesperson said firefighters were called to the Pitt Street Methodist Church about 5.15am where the woman was impaled on a fence.
Firefighters used air-powered tools to cut
the woman free.
The woman was taken to Auckland City Hospital by ambulance at about 6am.
A St John ambulance spokesperson said the woman suffered moderate injuries in the incident.
