Police have released the name of the woman whose body was found at Castlecliff Beach yesterday morning.
She was Marie Rae Weeks, 29, of Wanganui.
Two people walking along the beach about 11.40am found Ms Weeks' body less than 1km north of the Long Beach Drive walkway.
Police said Ms
Weeks' death was not suspicious and the matter has been referred to the coroner.
