A woman died after her car and a truck collided near Feilding today.
The injured 76-year-old was taken to Palmerston North Hospital but died shortly after arriving there, police said.
Senior Sergeant David Burmeister said initial reports indicated that the woman had crossed the centre line.

spokesman said one person was trapped in a vehicle and had to be cut out.
He couldn't confirm what vehicle the person was in.
